  • Images are delivered as high-resolution JPG and PNG files, optimised for both web (Shopify, website) and social (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest). Videos are delivered as MP4, sized for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. If you need a specific format or dimension, just let us know.

  • Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty — just cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate and are non-refundable after the first 14 days. No contracts, no lock-ins on monthly billing.

  • Every new client starts with a creative direction session where we build a mood board and define your brand's visual identity: colours, tone, style, and product positioning. On Growth and Enterprise plans, we go further by training a custom AI model on your brand aesthetic, so every asset feels uniquely yours. The longer you're with us, the sharper and more on-brand your visuals become.
